hello my boyfrend had the instagram app then deleted it. but he got a notification saying instagram has been updated. but the app is not on his iphone 5. can someone please explain to me why this has hapend. thank you
Probably because it is still in his iTunes account. While it may be deleted from the phone, it would still be in iTunes.

Log into his iTunes account and delete it. I'm guessing that he is using iTunes on the computer. The app would be in the iTunes library. You can delete it there, after it is deleted from the iPhone.

It depends on what you are referring to when you say change. You can have two different mail accounts in Outlook and the iPhone.
