my iphone 4s just crashed for the second time in 4 months!!!

my iphone was connected to itunes downloading software and would not restart this happend in april and it took two weeks and kids at best buy where warrent is held looking at me like i had two heads saying i should connect to to itunes im am seriously aggitated i need a resolution asap!! who do i call now cause this is BS!

If your iPhone does not go passed the Apple logo or not booting up because of a software issue, then check out the first article to walk you through restoring your iPhone with iTunes. If you have a back up either in iTunes or iCloud, you can put that back on after you restore your iPhone. If you want to talk to somebody about your issue, the second article will give you ways to contact Apple for additional support.
