Dropped my iPhone 5S now the touch screen won't work

I dropped my iPhone 5S pretty bad today from waist level and when I picked it up I discovered that the touch screen was no longer responding aside from a small portion of the screen on the top-right. Lines have appeared on the screen and the portion of the screen without the lines (the top right as I mentioned before) is the only place the touch screen is still responsive. I know I can not fix this myself since it's a hardware issue and I'm not going to risk opening my phone up and damaging it any further. My question is, how much is it going to cost me to get this fixed? Below is an image of what my screen looks like right now.
