So I dropped my phone off of a roller coaster and it is like destroyed. The screen wont turn on and the computer won't even recognize it. Is there anyway I can get my information off of it? I know it's kind of a long shot

Then it is not likely that you will be able to get anything off of it. Do you have an iCloud account? If so, then at least your Contacts, Calendars, Photo Stream, Notes, Mail, Reminders would all be "restored" once you signed on your iCloud account to another device. But that's probably the best you are going to be able to expect.
