My itunes account is used normally, but i cannot do in-app purchase,
such as: i am playing Brave Frontier game, i cannot buy any bunch of gems.
Please help me to check it!

What happens when you try?
the attention is showed when i do it:
"Your Purchase Could Not Be Complete
For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww"
i tried to contact apple support, and got a promise someone will response within 24 hours, but no-one contacted me.
