No folder in DCIM - but photos on phone?? HELP!

Im trying to transfer over my photos from my phone to my computer because my phone is full, but i went in to do it how i usually do, and the DCIM folder is EMPTY!


Ive unlocked my phone and even tried right clicking on my phone name on my file screen to "import photos" and it says no photos exist! Please help! i dont want to loose my photos or have to factory reset my phone! 😟
