How to restore music to Itunes?

I recently just got a new computer and phone, my old ones are broken, and when I'm on the computer on my itunes all the music I had (over 2000 songs) isnt showing up. However on my phone it shows all the songs I had previously bought available for download from Icloud. Why aren't these songs showing up in my itunes on the computer? I'd prefer to just download them to my computer than go through all 2000 songs on my itunes and manually download them to the phone then transfer them to the computer.

Copy everything from your backup copy of your old computer.

If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup copy, not good, youc an redownload some iTunes purchases in some countries:

For the ones you bought try syncing your old apple ID to the new computer. For the songs you obtained on your own try this program https://www.fadingred.com/senuti/ It also works for the bought ones.
