I accidentally used the wrong backup and I had a lot of important pictures and information on my Ipod Touch. Can someone please please tell me how to get all of my pictures and information back?

Please I HAVE to get those pictures and settings and everything back. Can I go on Icloud and go to a later save rather than the last saved backup??? Please there has to be a way. Or a way to get back my privately shared photo stream??? Anything??

Only one iCloud and usually iTunes backup is maintained. When you subsequently backup up again the previous backup is overwritten with the changes.
