IPHONE4 GPS not working.

Hi ,

My device is updated with latest IOS 7.1.2. There is an error reporting of around 700meters in GPS. I have reset the device but still facing GPS location error. The Device is not showing appropriate location. Checked indoor and outdoor as well using Operator network of 2g , 3G and wifi also but no effect.

Also my location is turned on.
