how can i set reminder for unopened email?

Hi...

I use MacBookAir with OSX ver 10.8.4

I have a lot of important email come in a day. When I open one email, I need to process some work before open another one. There are more than one email come in the same time. I would like to set reminder for the unopened email to remind me in every 30 mins. How can I set the system to do it automatically for me?
