I have a problem with the two magic mouse I own. it occasionally disconnects and reconnects intermittently. I have changed the batteries and even tried pairing them three times. Anyone face this problem.
If both mice are on at the same time, one may well interfere with the other. Turn one off and park it well away from the other. Incidentally, other electronic items (perhaps newly introduced into the area) may interfere also.
G'day,...Sorry I did not make myself clear enough. I only use one mouse at a time -At any one time, only one mouse was active, the other remained switched off. Hope I have clarified myself. It's really an odd station. I mentioned that I have two Magic Mouse....that's because I have an iMac 27" i7 which is at home and a 13' 2008 Macbook unibody. The Macbook is in my office, I don't use it at home.therefore I have a Magic mouse each for my respective sets.

Incidentally, just changing the batteries is not the complete check. You must also carefully clean the contacts inside the battery compartment. You can get a build up there.
