HI, my photos have frozen on my ipad, some of them from when my son was newborn are not shared or saved elsewhere. When I click on the photo tab it is frozen on one picture and it won't do anything or show me the rest of the pictures or videos. How do I get these back? I haven't pressed delete or anything. I am not computer savvy so I don't know what I am doing here. I have turned it off and back on again and nothing has happened.
(A) Try reset iPad
Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home button down together until you see the Apple Logo.
(B) Close Photo apps in the multi-task window
1.Double-click the Home button.
2. Swipe the Photo app's preview up to close it.
3. Preview will fly off the screen.
