iPhone storage is full...

Well, I never thought I'd see the day where I would actually max out 16GB of storage on my iPhone 4s.

I deleted a few photos but I still get an error message saying to change my settings as my storage is full.

I have quite a few images in the photo library, 711 in my photo stream, 950 in my camera roll.

Can anyone suggest the best way to manage this without deleting 100's of images and other data?

I have my photo stream where I can save images on to iPhoto.
