change from outlook office 354 cloud to icloud: how can I transfer my data?

My iPhone is working with a windows 365-cloud based on the email adress from my company. Now I'm leaving and want to copy my email adresses, outlook kalender and contacts in iCloud.

How can I do that?

In my iPhone I miss the icon of the icloud. Please help it's pretty urgent and I don'T want to wrtie alle the stuff new on my iPhone....
