how can i completely delete all cache files ?

how can i completely delete all cache files ? / how can i use safari with no cache ?

Hi,
I am actually testing a website which is still under development, the problem is: i can't see the last updates of the site (on my macbook pro) even after emptying cache on safari or with OnyX.
What can i do ?

Safari -> Preferences -> Advanced

check "Show Develop menu in menu bar"

Then click Menu bar -> Develop -> Disable Caches

well, it did not work so i find this :
>empty the caches
>go to finder
>maintain option click on "go to" select library
>Caches
> set up "com.apple.safary" in read only
