Can't export a movie !

I have been using iMovie for years, with different versions without problem.

Once I tried to install Final Cut Pro (10.0.9) and Compressor (4.1.1) because I wanted to explore new possibilities to make my movies and everything worked well.

One day, I don't remember why, I deleted two files in the Quicktime library. I think I had seen some advice on the web to do so, but I made a big mistake...

Since then, iMovie cannot export any movie as a file. I got this message :

com.apple.Compressor.CompressorKit.ErrorDomain error -1

I have reinstalled Compressor, then Final Cut Pro, then iMovie, but still the same message.

I have uninstalled Compressor and Final Cut Pro (using FCS Remover), but again... I cannot export from iMovie.

I also tried to restore the Quicktime Library from Time Machine but iOS refuses as "this file cannot be deleted or changed".

When I make a research on Google, I only can find discussions from people having the same message from Final Cut Pro, not from iMovie.

And again, I have uninstalled Final Cut Pro and Compressor, so why this message keep telling me about "compressor" ?

Can anyone help me with this ?

iMac 2,4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

OS X 10.9.3 (13D65)

ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro 256 Mo

Thanks.
