Tax set up from Spain

Hi everyone, I've already created my first book to publish and I have some doubts when setting up tax info. I'm not US resident and I have no business in The States but I read I had to get a EIN number, I called IRS and I already have one.

The problem is when I try to set up the tax information, I am asked to answer some questions and I don't want to do it wrong. The first one is Are you a U.S. citizen, U.S. resident, U.S. partnership, or U.S. corporation? I guess I should answer NO.

Next question:

Do you have any U.S. Business Activities?

In general, you have U.S. Business Activities if you have employees in the United States, or own, lease or control equipment or other assets in the United States that you use to derive revenue from the iBooks Store.

What should I answer? I have the EIN number and I don't know if it means I can answer yes.

Thanks a lot for your help!

Alex.
