As you can see in the picture it looks like I have another few buttons at the bottom behind my screen?... Its not always been there, and I don't know how it got like that? I can't seem to be able to easily access the bar that slides up?? How can I fix this... Sorry for not being technical or even knowing what to write!! Thanks in advance for any help!
Looks perfectly normal. What makes you think you have two task bars? Do you mean the app dock (where Music, Safari, and Phone are)? There is only one dock. Is it the "dots" just above the dock? That indicates you have an additional Home Screen. To display the other screen, just swipe to the Left.

Yes the app dock ... It's not normal it has changed this is what it should look like??? Mine should and did look like this?. Thanks for your reply:)
This is the old app dock and the new iOS app dock is the first one you posted.
It is normal for iOS 7. Your first picture is iOS 7. Your second is iOS 6.
Why are you surprised that the two iOS version look slightly different?
