Not syncing to icloud

Question

Not syncing to icloud

I have just had my laptop restored back to factory settings & despite setting up iTunes & icloud again I can't get my photostream to sync to icloud on the laptop.

Any ideas please

Hi

No the icloud photo folder has nothing in it either in icloud or my icloud within my pictures folder
