iphone 4s keeps going to facetime and speaker during call

My iphone 4s has suddenly started going to facetime and as such to speaker during call. Maddening as I work in big office and suddenly voice blearts out they cant hear me telling them to hold while i disable so i end up having to cut them off 😟
