I need to retrieve older text messages that were not deleted. I need a message from June 14. However, when I hit, "load earlier messages," it will only go as far back as June 20. How can I get the messages to search further back?

Try a Spotlight Search - swipe down when on the home screen and type in a few keywords from the text message.
