exchange account on Mac calendar

Hallo

I'm using a mac mini with last osx 10.9.4 in a windows SBS 2008 server domain network

If i use Outlook 2011 for mac with my exchange account everything works fine: mail, contact and calendar are ok.

Also with iphone or ipad everything works fine with exchange.

The problem starts with mac suite. Mail and contact works fine with exchange account but there's no way yo sync calendar. It's looks strange because my iphone in the same wi-fi network sync calendar perfectly.

Any suggestion?
