I am unable to Home Share on my iPod Touch

I am unable to Home Share on my iPod Touch, I can do it on my Apple TV and my iPad Air.
I have noticed this has been a problem since I have updated to iOS 7

Problem that occurs:

When I go on to my iPod Touch I select Videos…
I select my Library that I am Home Sharing with...
as soon as I am able to connect...
it quits out and brings me back to my home screen.

Trouble shooting done:

1) I have signed out and signed back into Home Share

2) I have restored my iPod Touch several times

3) I have restarted my iPod Touch several times

Currently running:

1) iOS 7.1.2 on my iPod Touch

2) iTunes 11.2.2

Is there something that I am doing wrong?
Is there something in iTunes I should have selected in my preferences?
Is there something on my iPod Touch I should have selected?
