about apple id

hi,

yesterday i purchase iphone 5s gold and for app instalation i make a apple free id but it is not working in iphone,itune or app store donot connect.

on second step in review id i also fill the information of my card but still not worth it.

so i am really confuse that i was not make a mistake to purchase this phone
