How do I correct this issue of security questions?
I am not able to purchase songs or apps from itures due to the security question on all devices. Have had no trouble from day till now? Any help anyone?

Do you mean you have forgotten the security questions/answers? If so, you can get them reset by going to the Apple ID Security site from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 or calling the AppleCare support number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and ask to speak with the Account Security Team.
