I can not backing up in Iphone5c

There is a problem when I click to settings ->iCloud -> Storage&Bankup ->iCloud Backup (enable)

settings is closed unexpectedly and iCloud backup us disabled. how can I fix it

Do a Reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Note: You will not lose any data

Do I need to connect to computer for Reseting ?

I just do what you say but nothing happened thats why I ask this ?
