Hi, I have a problem about ICloud backup, I can not turn on ICloud backup in my iphone5c (7.1.2) do you know anything about it. Thanks

There are two possible case

First I upgraded to IOS 8 2 weeks ago and then downgrade again

Or I upgrade 7.1.2 now maybe that is why I can not make iCloud backup.
