In Safari - my address bar is missing. How do I get it back ??

Are you in full screen mode? Slide the cursor up to the upper right-hand corner and see if the two opposing arrows slide down. If they do, click on them to turn off full screen mode.

Try View menu > Show toolbar.

Try going to: View > Show Toolbar.
