2009 MacBook Pro overheating

My MacBook Pro has been overheating for years... One of the black rubber dot under my MacBook Pro has even MELTED !!!?!! TWICE. Apple has already stress-tested my machine but didn't find anything and they refuse to make any gesture as my computer is out of warranty... SMC and PRAM have been reset too...

Any idea how i could solve it or get Apple to react (at least recognize that my computer is faulty...)
