Web Videos Not Working After Upgrading to IOS 7.1.2

I installed IOS 7.1.2 this morning and now I can't seem to get web videos to load. I'll click on the video, but instead of playing it will give me the Ghostbusters-looking icon with a play button and a line going through it. I've tried multiple sites, all of which were working yesterday, to no avail.

Has anyone else come across this issue? Any fixes out there?
