I am up dating my iphone to the IO 7.1.2 and my phone is stuck with the apple sign and the loading bar. How long will this last and what can I do ?

I am at work and the new setting software came up for the IO 7.1.2 and I updated but know my phone has been with the apple sign and the loading bar for about 15 mins. What should I do and do I have to go to a store to get my phone working again. This is really annoying.
