So I decided to check on some products such as the ipad but i don't want the ipad air or ipad mini or the ipad 4th gen but the 3rd gen. I went to the refurb section and so it was on sale/special offer but i want to know how long the special offer is going to last.
Not sure, I can't find anything other than "limited time offer".
Probably until all are sold. Don't believe a new iPad 3 is being sold anymore.
If you want it don't delay. Charge it with a credit card & you'll have about a month to make a payment.

The iPad 4 is basically an improved ipad 3 and at $ 399.00 USD a very good buy.
I agree with Texas, it'll be on sale as long as they have some to sell...and since no one can have any idea if there are 1000 or 10,000 in a warehouse somewhere, there's honestly no way to predict when the sale will end.
As others have said, the items in the Refurb section of Apple's shop are there until they are gone. They are returns that have been refurbished and are sold at reduced prices - as you see. This is rolling stock - meaning they sell there what they have. What they have for sale changes often.
