10.9.4 broken authentication to server

Currently we have a server running Server that we bind all of our systems to. Recently we have upgraded it to 10.9.4 running the most recent version of server.

Using brand new 13" MPBs once we bind the device to the server, install the trust certificate, and the management profile (sets things like Mobile Home account, and things like that). Once we bind, and install the profiles it takes about 20 mins for it to show up on the system, and to show up in the computer group. Once we restart the system it, and shows up that it is connected to the server, it will not allow a network user to log on. This only seems to be effecting out 10.9.4 machines.

The error that comes up is "Failed to authenticate user - error 9"

Has any one else ran into this issue?
