Mac Performance

My iMac is struggling after the update to 10.9.4. It has 32mb of RAM and the following is what shows on console when it is struggling the most:

Your computer has plenty of RAM so that would not be the issue. However it would be helpful to us if you ran an EtreCheck report so we can tell how the computer is configured. Telling us the amount of RAM and the version of OS X is helpful however that is extremely limited information. You can download EtreCheck from http://www.etresoft.com/etrecheck, simply run the report and post in your next reply.

Link Davis I have the same issue, almost the same OS version (10.9.5), and yes, Outlook is the only app that brings on the BBOD.

Any help appreciated!
