Hi everyone. Recently i bought iphone 5s.
When i connect to itunes i cant see anything like serial number, imei, or anything else except the letters in the buttons.
I try to reinstall itunes, update anything else, reboot macbook but nothing.
any ideas?
Where exactly did you buy this iphone?
have you tried restarting your Mac?

Ok what store exactly, I would take that phone back.
its just a reseller. a store with pc and parts.
iphones box was ok,siri on iphone its ok.
i can copy serial number from toolbar but i cant see it in mainscreen from itunes.
in tab apps everythings seems ok with sync
i checked the same thing on win xp (parallels)
everything work fine on itunes and shows anything.
so, the problem is on mac's itunes.
any ideas what i can do?
