Do network passwords migrate when you upgrade phones?

I am changing from iPhone 4 to iPhone 5s. Through iTunes I will move my old phone info to new phone. Will I have to re-pair my bluetooth in my car to new phone? Or does the new phone get that info from my old phone?

You will have to pair the new phone. Be sure to remove the old phone's pairing if that's possible. Check the car's documentation.
