iPod Touch 2'nd Generation Digitizer Problem?

Hello,

I have a 2nd gen ipod touch. I got it seconhand for free because the lcd and digitizer were broken. I bought and replaced these and have had no problems until now. There is an invisible line on the digitizer that seems to stop working at random times. I cant adjust the right quarter of the brightness slide bar, cant type with "I, J, K, N, or M" keys. This is very annoying. please help me- is there a way to recalibrate the digitizer or something? ℹThis has happened before for a day but then it went away and i didnt worry about it until it happened again now.ℹ
