Why do some text boxes change when viewed on another monitor?

I was contracted to create a presentation deck using Keynote (I'm using version 6.2).

I completed the project using the Widescreen (16:9) format and sent it thru. The client says that several of the text boxes are cutting off prematurely, which completely changes the layout.

Both parties are working on Macs and have our Keynote settings at Widescreen.

I tried looking for solutions on online message boards, but can't find anyone with similar issues.

The client also refused exported PDF and HTML files.

They said they would just extend the boxes (which is fine, this time), but moving forward, I prefer to send through a polished and professional product to clients.

Please explain what this means, "prematurely" implies a timing issue, 'changes the layout' implies a positioning issue.

Still clear as mud Im afraid.

If the appearance is this:

then reposition the text boxes leaving keeping the text away from the edge of the screen.

Unfortunately, I don't know what "leaving keeping" means.

The presentation looks flawless on my monitor. All text boxes are at least 310 pt away from the edge and carelessly moving a text box breaks the visual harmony of the layout.
