Export text messages from Iphone4 to macbook pro

I need to view the content of my text messages. I have to sort through thousands of them in preparation for a court appearance so I would like a way to extract the messages from my iPhone 4S and put them on my macbook pro. Preferably one that supports the photos/images/emojis as well as the text.

I have already tried SMS Export as well as TouchCopy12 and have come across various complications.

Does anyone have any other suggestions? Looking for immediate assistance as this is a very time sensitive matter.
