I need help for quicktime 7.7.5. for Windows.

I tried to make one photo out of a MOV file. In the past earlier version and windows XP no problem. Export movie to photo and no problem. But now with Windows 7 and Quicktime 7.7.5 QT makes a PCT file as usual but converting this file to JPEG did not work.
