MemoryUpgrade: 2x8=16ddr3 for MacBook Pro13" early 2011
Hi, I do not have a manula, so here goes. Can I upgrade my memory from 2x4 to 2x8?
oh, And Can I change the battery by my self?

To 16? It says on this site that my mac can take only 8??
To 16. Apple didn't update its specifications to reflect that.

Hip-Hei,
you can download a manual for your 13-inch Early 2011 from here. Yes, you could upgrade to 16 GB (two 8 GB modules) of RAM. If you have the right set of tools, you could change the battery yourself; be sure to dispose of the old battery properly.
