MemoryUpgrade: 2x8=16ddr3 for MacBook Pro13" early 2011

Hi, I do not have a manula, so here goes. Can I upgrade my memory from 2x4 to 2x8?

oh, And Can I change the battery by my self?

Additional notes For best performance, fill both memory slots, installing an equal memory module in each slot.
