help with my iphone 5c- wont turn on, vibrates when plugged

i dropped my phone on the ground. it had a screen protector and case on it when it happened. when i picked it up, the screen was a fuzzy blue color then went full black. when i plug it on, it virbrates but doesnt turn on. it also gets hot. i tried to hard reset it but it doesnt work
