iPhone 5S Screen Replacement Question

I recently cracked the screen on my iPhone 5S, after Apple shocked me with the price of a replacement screen I have decided to do it myself, I made the foolish mistake of purchasing a cheap one on ebay instead of an OEM equivalent (of which i have now done) but my question is generally out of curiosity, how would the front facing camera fit into the cheaper screen assembly if no plastic 'guard' is present, please see pictures below,

1ST Image OEM Display

2ND Image Cheap Ebay Display, how does the front camera fit in?

Thanks for your response, I have replaced the screen with an OEM equivalent and it works perfectly (No visual difference to the Apple display), the question i was asking was how the front facing camera fits into the cheaper display shown in picture 2 without the lens holder as shown in picture 1?

I Don't think you quite grasp what I mean, my iphone works absolutely perfectly now with the OEM replacement screen and so does the camera, what I'm asking is just out of general curiosity, how does the front facing camera fit into the cheaper screens if the screen doesn't have a lens holder as shown in picture 1.

It would be excellent for you to get off your high horse matey pips, I could not care less about the terms of this forum as i am simply asking one simple question, not how to repair my phone as i have the brains myself to do that and do you know what i own thousands of pounds worth of apple products so i have every right to ask other users regarding this, i'm only asking what they think.

Didn't your mother tell you "if you have nothing nice to say then don't say it at all", well your answer has not helped me one single bit so next time you think of telling another user to use another forum, just think of how much they have spent with apple and don't want to be ripped off again for £211 when i replaced my phone screen with an OEM Quality one for £45, if you have nothing reasonable or worth saying then don't say it!

There aren't a lot of people here who work on their iPhones as they are not considered user serviceable. There is no true OEM equivalent screen available but there are some salvaged ones from devices sold for parts and some conversions from iPhone 5 screens. If it were truly OEM you wouldn't be having your camera problem.

A far better place to go with this issue to see how others worked around the problem would be http://www.ifixit.com and use their user forum.
