Aparently pics from my computer were synced to my iPhone. When I try to delete it from the phone, there is NO trash can icon for me to delete.
I have gone to my iClouds account on my computer and deleted said pictures but not on my device. Please HELP!!

Photos synced to your phone from your computer can only be deleted by syncing them off again. Connect your phone to your computer, open iTunes, go to the Photos tab of your iTunes sync settings, uncheck the folder the photos belong to and click Apply at the bottom to sync your phone. (If you only want to remove some of the photos but not all, remove them from the folder you synced to your phone, then sync you phone and they will be removed.)
I opened up the iTunes but no where on there do I see a Pictures Icon/Button for me to sync/unsync anything
Please help me.

go to your computer, click on your device to show summary page, click on the photos tab.
click on sync photos so that you can uncheck all the selections below.
As lizdance40 says, once you click on the name of your device in iTunes you will see the photos tab as shown below. I'll ask the hosts to delete your email address from your post.
