Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Cannot install iCloud on Win8.1 PC.

Before the install process is finished, an error message appears ("HRESULT: 0x080073715) and the installation reverses itself. All of the Windows drivers appear to be up to date, the iCloud download is new from the Apple site, and I have un-installed and re-installed iTunes -- all to no affect. Any suggestions? Called Microsoft and they said it was an Apple problem.
