I have an Iphone 4S running 7.1.2. Sound works fine through the headphone. for other things (e.g. Music, pandora) there is no sound nor any control options. the phone seems to think its in a dock. I've restored and I've tried cleaning the dock connector.
It started working OK but then stopped when I tried to adjust the volume. I've seen lots of the same problem listed on the internet, but haven't found "the" answer.
