Hard to tell, but it's one of two things: a. a surface mount resistor; or, b. a surface mount capacitor. Beyond that you would need a schematic and/or parts list.

And whether it is a resistor or capacitor doesn't matter too much as you are not likely to get the exact matching part, replacement is going to be beyond the skill set of all but the highly trained pc board repair technicians, and you would need the test instrumentation to determine what other damage has been done...it is rare for a part to fail and nothing else to fail.
The end result, it is cheaper and less aggravation to replace the logic board as a unit.
