Business is not showing up
The company that I work for is not showing up on Apple Maps. I called customer service and they did not help at all. Can anyone tell me why a car dealership would not pop up on maps?
I can't say why it wouldn't show up, but if you place a pin on the dealership (iPhone / iPad: zoom in then press down on location), then expand the label over the pin, and scroll to the bottom, you'll see REPORT A PROBLEM as an option. You have options under there to let Apple know...
- Information is incorrect
- Place does not exist
- Problem with satellite image
- My problem isn't listed
I've read that Apple is responding to these problem reports fairly often, and relatively quickly. That's probably your best avenue for getting it corrected.
