When im texting and I magnify bubble to go back the bubble freezes for about 5 seconds then unfreezes

I Have a 5s and when I'm texting and use magnify bubble to go back the bubble freezes for about 5 seconds then unfreezes- My iphone 4 did same thing and was able to fix but cannot remember how- Something about copy or paste I think- Thanks
