I Have my iphone5 device loged in with an unknown apple ID and i dont know the password, but my device is running normaly. Can something happen to my iphone from this problem? Can something happen if the user log in with his account on another device? Please help
Where is your device logged into this ID? In Settings>iCloud? Somewhere else?
Yes, it can anytime. First logged in person can wipe your phone and you will NEVER activate it. Second - almost anything you do can be looked at -pictures, messages, some of the emails, notes etc.
Go into settings and scroll down the click "iTunes and App Store" then click the apple I'd then push "log out" then you can make a new Apple ID if you want.

Not only there is no way to delete account - if person who sold you phone is not the owner and phone is reported stolen - police may be tracking you right now.

No. Not if you don't have the credentials for the account. See here: iCloud: Activation Lock
